Holiday Capsule Wardrobe
I’m often asked to put together capsule wardrobes for clients and one time when it really comes into its own is when packing for a holiday. It makes so much more sense to pack light rather than have a suitcase full of clothes you’ll probably not wear …. and if can you leave a little room to spare in case you find something nice to add to your wardrobe from places afar that’s even better in my book!
So here’s a holiday capsule wardrobe (excluding swimwear) for a two week break based around a theme of black, white and pink.
The capsule pieces:
Here are some of the outfits for day and evening wear, there’s just 16 shown here but you could make more.
So, who says that you can’t wear black on holiday?! Mixed with fresh white and hot pink it makes a striking combination. And if these cooler tones aren’t in your colour palette, then just substitute them for two neutrals and an accent colour that are. I shopped for a client with ‘light, cool and clear’ colouring last week, for a one week cruise capsule wardrobe and we went for a combination of white, navy, and turquoise which worked a treat! (If you’re not sure which colours suit you, just get in touch to book your colour consultation and take all the guesswork out of the equation).
